As an entrepreneurial soul coach, I’ve helped thousands of purpose-driven leaders to give voice to their visions and develop the strategies to make them real i.e. financially profitable and deeply impactful. From multiple NY Times Bestsellers to multi-million dollar social enterprises I’ve helped launch a whole new generation of cultural visionaries and social entrepreneurs dedicated to staying true, getting paid, and doing good.

So how did all of this begin?

I’ve always been passionate about liberation. My earliest memories are the profound examples set by my parents who fought tirelessly on the front lines of the civil rights movement for basic dignity and respect. And they lived by the mantra “there but for the grace of God, go I,” which was their way of saying, “if you ever receive any kind of opportunity or advantage in life, you have a responsibility to make a way for others.”

For over 30 years, I’ve leveraged my creative, strategic, and facilitative talents to raise awareness about pressing social issues and support individuals, organizations, and communities in building the mental, spiritual, and emotional capacity to address those issues on a local, national and global scale. I’ve worked on issues of racial justice and equity, women’s empowerment, conflict resolution, and more. The initiatives I’ve supported have impacted millions of lives and as a result, I’ve helped thousands of people find and answer their true calling.
